Why this happens, I don't know. It is possible to work on a computer without the language bar, but somehow it is not convenient. When she disappeared for the first time, I, as they say, “googled” and immediately restored her. It happened two or three times. And for the fourth time, the first recovery method stopped working. I had to look for an alternative, but still I found it.

I want to tell you about two of my effective methods. If the first one doesn't work, the second one should definitely work. By the way, I have Windows 7, but the second method may suit many operating systems.

Through the Windows Control Panel.
Through "Startup" using the file ctfmon. exe

1-way. The simplest one and you should immediately resort to it after the icon disappears. Through the "Start" go to the "Control Panel".

So, first we go to the “C” drive of our computer, then open the “Windows” folder, then “System32”.

There we find the ctfmon file and copy it to the desktop.

After that, through the "Start" go to "All Programs".

In the programs we find the folder “Startup” and open it right click mouse click through "Open". In the window that appears, move our previously copied ctfmon shortcut.

This operation is almost completed, just restart the computer and the RU / EN language icon simply has to appear in its place.
