After you have finished editing the document, select the File | Save As, select a destination folder and select PDF (* .pdf) from the Save as type list. Right-click the picture and select Text Wrap | Additional system parameters. The System window will appear on the screen. Go to the Position tab. If the text in the PDF document will be placed incorrectly again, it is worth setting the relative position horizontally and vertically. Then the picture will change position along with the text. However, if you want to stay in the same place regardless of the text placement, choose an absolute position (horizontal and vertical). It is not at all necessary to indicate the location of the illustrations. Just move the picture to the desired location, and the new coordinates will appear in a frame directly above it. Confirm with OK.

When you have made all the corrections, repeat the steps above to export the document or save it as a PDF file.

The LibreOffice office suite also offers the ability to edit PDF files, although compared to Word from Microsoft Office its capabilities are rather modest.
