Customization options. You can tune the ribbon so that you can arrange the tabs and commands in the order you want, hide or show the ribbon, and hide those less frequently used commands. Alternatively, you can export or import a customized ribbon.
What cannot be customized: you cannot reduce the size of the ribbon, nor the size of the text or icons on the ribbon. The only way to do this is to change the screen resolution to resize the entire page content.
When customizing the ribbon the customization settings apply only to the Office program you are currently working in. For example, if you want to customize the Ribbon in PowerPoint, these changes will not appear in Excel. If you want to configure similar settings in other Office applications, you'll have to open each one to make the same changes.
In Office, you can customize the ribbon and toolbars to your liking by showing commonly used commands and hiding those that you rarely use. You can change the default tabs or create your own tabs and groups for frequently used commands.
Note: However, you cannot rename standard commands and change the icons assigned to them or their order.
Here's how you can customize the ribbon:
Customizing the Quick Access Toolbar
If you just need to quickly access a few commands, use the Quick Access Toolbar. These are icons that always appear above the ribbon no matter which tab is selected.
Collapse or unfold the ribbon
You can collapse the ribbon to show only tabs.
Rolling up the tape during operation
Unroll the tape while you work
Minimize the ribbon when opening a file
By default, the ribbon is minimized every time you open a file, but you can change this setting to always minimize the ribbon.
Conditional formatting is a way to highlight messages that meet certain conditions in a list using color, fonts, and styles. The user specifies the conditions that the incoming message must meet, such as the sender's name or email address, and only those messages are subject to conditional formatting.
For example, you can use a conditional rule to have all messages from your supervisor highlighted in red.
If you want to make additional changes to the text of your emails, you can change the default font or text color.
Note: In Microsoft Outlook 2007 using the function Organize it was possible to create rules for conditional formatting of message text. In Microsoft Outlook 2010 and later, conditional formatting is available in the dialog box.

Experiment with the text of your profile, make it clear that you are in a serious relationship.
How to avoid mistakes with a lack of experience and practice:

Try not to respond with silence to boring messages, worsening your , and more often change the text of the questionnaire so as to politely anticipate the writing by others of messages you do not need.
